Політика конфіденційності Nabel Ads Research

Ця Політика конфіденційності описує порядок доступу, використання, зберігання та захисту даних у внутрішньому застосунку Nabel Ads Research.

1. Призначення застосунку

Nabel Ads Research є внутрішнім аналітичним інструментом Nabel, який використовується для дослідження пошукового попиту, аналізу товарів та оцінки їх рекламної придатності.

Застосунок не надається стороннім клієнтам або широкій публіці.

2. Дані Google, до яких може отримуватися доступ

Після авторизації через Google OAuth застосунок може отримувати доступ до даних Google Ads, необхідних для виконання його функцій.

Це може включати:

• ідентифікатори доступних Google Ads акаунтів;
• інформацію про структуру manager/client акаунтів;
• технічні параметри Google Ads, необхідні для формування API-запитів;
• історичні показники пошукових запитів;
• середню кількість пошуків;
• помісячну історію пошукового попиту;
• показники рекламної конкуренції;
• орієнтовні діапазони рекламних ставок.

Застосунок не призначений для отримання особистого листування, контактів, файлів Google Drive або інших даних Google, які не потрібні для функціонування Nabel Ads Research.

3. Як використовуються дані Google

Дані Google використовуються виключно для внутрішніх бізнес-завдань Nabel:

• дослідження пошукового попиту;
• аналізу перспективності товарів;
• оцінки рекламної конкуренції;
• оцінки доцільності реклами;
• порівняння зовнішніх сигналів попиту з внутрішньою статистикою Nabel;
• формування внутрішніх аналітичних звітів.

Google user data не використовується для профілювання користувачів з метою продажу персональних даних.

4. Зберігання даних та облікових даних

OAuth credentials та токени доступу зберігаються із застосуванням технічних засобів захисту.

На робочих системах Windows OAuth refresh tokens та інші конфіденційні credentials можуть зберігатися у зашифрованому вигляді з використанням Windows Data Protection API (DPAPI).

Секретні credentials не повинні:

• зберігатися у відкритому вигляді у вихідному коді;
• публікуватися у відкритих репозиторіях;
• записуватися у відкриті аналітичні звіти;
• передаватися стороннім особам без законної необхідності.

Аналітичні результати можуть зберігатися протягом часу, необхідного для внутрішнього бізнес-аналізу Nabel.

5. Передача даних третім сторонам

Nabel не продає Google user data.

Дані Google, отримані застосунком, не надаються стороннім рекламодавцям або зовнішнім клієнтам.

Доступ до даних може мати лише уповноважений персонал або підрядники Nabel, яким такий доступ необхідний для підтримки та роботи внутрішнього інструменту.

6. Google API Services User Data Policy

Використання та передача інформації, отриманої Nabel Ads Research через Google APIs, здійснюється відповідно до Google API Services User Data Policy, включаючи вимоги Limited Use.

7. Контроль доступу користувачем

Користувач може відкликати доступ застосунку до свого Google Account через налаштування безпеки Google Account.

У разі відкликання OAuth-доступу застосунок більше не зможе отримувати нові дані Google через відповідну авторизацію.

8. Видалення даних

Для запиту щодо видалення даних, пов'язаних із використанням Nabel Ads Research, можна звернутися за адресою:

Після отримання обґрунтованого запиту пов'язані з користувачем локально збережені OAuth credentials та інші відповідні дані будуть видалені, якщо їх зберігання не вимагається законом або іншими обов'язковими вимогами.

9. Безпека

Nabel застосовує розумні технічні та організаційні заходи для захисту даних від:

• несанкціонованого доступу;
• випадкової втрати;
• розголошення;
• неправомірного використання.

10. Зміни Політики

Ця Політика може оновлюватися у разі зміни функціональності Nabel Ads Research або способів використання Google APIs.

Актуальна версія завжди публікується на цій сторінці.

This Privacy Policy describes how Nabel Ads Research accesses, uses, stores, and protects information obtained through Google APIs.

1. Purpose of the application

Nabel Ads Research is an internal analytics application used by Nabel to research search demand, evaluate products, and assess advertising suitability.

The application is not provided to external clients or the general public.

2. Google data accessed

After authorization through Google OAuth, the application may access Google Ads information necessary for its functionality.

This may include:

• identifiers of accessible Google Ads accounts;
• Google Ads manager/client account hierarchy information;
• technical Google Ads configuration data necessary for API requests;
• historical keyword search metrics;
• average monthly search volumes;
• monthly historical search volumes;
• advertising competition metrics;
• estimated advertising bid ranges.

The application is not designed to access Gmail messages, Google Contacts, Google Drive files, or other Google user information unrelated to the Nabel Ads Research functionality.

3. Use of Google data

Google data is used solely for Nabel's internal business purposes, including:

• search-demand research;
• product opportunity analysis;
• advertising competition analysis;
• advertising suitability analysis;
• comparison of Google demand signals with Nabel's internal sales information;
• generation of internal analytical reports.

Google user data is not used to build user profiles for the purpose of selling personal information.

4. Storage and protection of credentials and data

OAuth credentials and access tokens are stored using appropriate technical safeguards.

On Windows systems, OAuth refresh tokens and other confidential credentials may be encrypted using Windows Data Protection API (DPAPI).

Credentials are not intended to be:

• stored in plaintext source code;
• committed to public source-code repositories;
• included in public analytics reports;
• disclosed to unauthorized third parties.

Analytical results may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for Nabel's internal business analysis.

5. Sharing of data

Nabel does not sell Google user data.

Google data obtained by the application is not shared with third-party advertisers or external customers.

Access is limited to authorized Nabel personnel and contractors who require access to operate or maintain the internal tool.

6. Google API Services User Data Policy

Nabel Ads Research's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

7. User control

Users may revoke the application's access to their Google Account through their Google Account security settings.

After OAuth access is revoked, the application will no longer be able to obtain new Google data using that authorization.

8. Data deletion

Requests concerning deletion of data associated with Nabel Ads Research may be sent to:

Upon a valid request, locally stored OAuth credentials and other relevant user-associated data will be deleted unless retention is required by law or another applicable obligation.

9. Security

Nabel applies reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect data against unauthorized access, accidental loss, disclosure, or misuse.

10. Changes to this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when the functionality of Nabel Ads Research or its use of Google APIs changes.
